One chicken
one lemon
salt
pepper
olive oil
How to prepare Chicken alla diavola
Cut open the chicken, removing the breastbone, and flatten out the chicken, beating the flesh to soften for cooking. Place the chicken in a baking dish, work in the salt and pepper into the chicken along with some oil, and leave to marinate for 30 minutes.
Grill the chicken throughly on both sides, adding lemon shortly before serving.
